Was suppose to be a Royal didn’t like how the box looked so looked inside at the store and content’s in the box was a busted smith corona. So after seeing this not one person mentioned well let’s see if we can find one at another store almost A $300. disappointment that almost was given a broken purchase. ALL SET WITH THIS STORE COST ME TIME AND FUEL FOR A BROKEN MACHINE.
Do Not Order From Them On Line
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ON LINE. THEY MAY TAKE YOUR MONEY FRAUDULENTLY I placed an order on-line for a printer which showed as one unit in stock, which I would pick up at a local store. I got the order confirmation by email and within an hour I received a second email stating the order was cancelled without explanation, which is fine. I checked my bank account and the total amount was withdrawn for the printer which I could not get. I was told that my funds was on a Bank Authorization and expires in 7 days. Customer service by email, Facebook and over the phone won’t even listen nor willing to justify why my funds are on hold 4 days after on an item they couldn’t even sell me, this comes very closer to fraud. Up until today, they were still selling a printer that was not available. False Advertising, I was told that a supervisor would call, so far not a call yet.
What Is The Need For Digital Devices
People nowadays depend on these technological or digital devices as these devices have shown their consistency in various different fields, reducing the need for human power. The dependency on these devices is totally worth it, as the output provided from these devices are 100% accurate and perfect.

Last Month I Went To Staples To Get
Last month I went to staples to get some print outs . I got staples debit card filled it with approximately 30 bucks. I signed unto computer which is extremely slow . I swiped the card initializing takes for ever than the computer tells me I don’t have enough money on the card for a 25.00 print job. I took my card to the cashier that I purchased the card from and she swiped the card to check to find the card had zero balance on it , meanwhile I have my receipt. Even the cashier was a bit dumbfounded by this , so she called the Manager. Long story short, the manager called the company up to find a solution to the problem. Up to today I am still waiting for my money to be refunded . I am getting the runaround I waited 2 weeks to go back to the store and still nothing.
What Has Happened To My Staples Store
What has happened to my staples store in Cold Spring, Ky? Its in disarray with a nearly empty candy display and half empty drink cooler. No was was working the front register. One register was open in the copy center but the guy took so long I left my would be purchases on the counter and left. I love the copy center and the ups drop off but the whole store looks like sloppy gremlins took over.

Dont Waste Your Time Ordering From Them
Dont waste your time ordering from them online. Ordered a standing desk and it got delivered to the wrong address, they told me I would hear from them within 3 business days and I didn’t get an email from them until 2 weeks later and their response was sorry no resolution as of yet. UPS already issued the claim to the sender the week I reported it to them. Initially I asked for a replacement because the desk I ordered was on sale and they had a promo where I order over $400 I would receive a $100 staples gc, I also mentioned that to one of the reps I spoke with. After their email I went ahead and ordered another desk from elsewhere cause I wfh and I need a desk. I called them back to ask them to issue me a refund instead and if i don’t hear back by the end of next week i will dispute the charge with my bank. The week after I received another email from them, stating my order couldn’t be delivered because it got lost and I would be receiving a refund and I would need to reorder the item from their site again. Reminder, I ordered the desk when it was on sale and I was supposed to be getting a $100 staples gc now that all would be gone if I did reorder from them. Terrible customer service, don’t say anything to customers you can’t do. If you tell customers we will hear back within 2-3 business days we expect that, even if there’s no resolution at least have the courtesy to let the customer know you are still working on it.

Poor Online Shopping Experience
I ordered online a computer monitor for 500$, received a notice telling I would receive an email when my order was ready, so far so good. After 4 days without news I went to store where I was supposed to get my order, to know what is happening, to be told that they don’t have the monitor in stock, although there online store says it’s in stock. But I would the first one to receive one when they receive it, wich they don’t know when.Five days later I finally received my order, but when I made my purchase there was a promotion, promising a 100$ gift card for 400$ of purchase. When I ordered, Best Buy had the same screen for the same price and I chose Staples only because of that promo. Let me tell you that the 100$ was not worth the trouble since I have not seen it yet, after 12 days.I’m now trying to get my gift card and frankly i’m about to let it go, since it seems so complicated to do business with them.This by far the worst online buying experience I have yet the displeasure to experience and they place the bar so low for others that I would be surprised to see worse.

Staples Penalizing Customers With $15 Fee
Tried to do a price match for Brother Toner Product. Told that I would have to pay $15 fee because the price match is with Amazon.ca. I read the PRICE MATCH Guarantee from Staples.ca ..There is NO mention of the penalty fee. In fact , the Price Match Policy states that they will NOT BE UNDERSOLD. Not happy with this company that clearly has a monopoly on office products industry and is threatened by direct competition…..I will be doing my shopping elsewhere. I have written a email letter… This policy is questionable and possible contrary to Ontario Consumer laws . They are using the same pricing matching policy they have used for years. The issue is that this new policy is NOT Transparent to all consumers both retail and online retail consumers…..I will also be investigating Competitions Bureau of Canada policies as well.
Staples Easy Care Extended Warrantyis It Worth It $99 For 3 Years
